Knowledge of a process, experience, familiarization of a, or many, processes
as well as good communication will get you better results then any standard,
specification, audit checklist...etc etc... that any organization can
produce...

I'll wager I can gain a better understanding of a board shops capabilities
walking through with a pen and legal pad...and just observing, listening,
and asking very few, but directed, focused questions ...then any person
could who strictly followed the most intricately developed checklist
concieved...
