Have you thought of adjustable trays ?  We have some of Fancort, and I
believe I've seen them from other suppliers too.

Hi All!

I know this is a long-shot, but I'm in desperate need of some jewel
cases for
a 352-pin CQFP from Texas Instruments. The part number is
SM320C40HFHM40.
I've got a call into TI and they're researching things for me, but I
thought
I'd ask all ya'll too,
figured it wouldn't hurt...

The reason that I need them is because for some reason this time when
we got
the parts from the distributor, they came in matrix trays that are
designed
for shipping the un-formed parts in, but when you do the form and trim,
you
can't put them back into the trays...they're not designed to hold the
formed
parts.

I already checked with the distributor, and they weren't any help.
