Hi Siggi,
I have seen CEM-1 used in an automotive-under hood application with
disasterous results. CEM-1 has high CTE-values and swell with moisture
absorption--it is hygroscopic.
I take it you are familiar with IPC's 3 Classes--on that scale I would put it
in Class 0.
