No, as long as you keep the heavy-weights on the 2nd side to be reflowed. I
hope you don't have any on one side that overlap others on the other side -
that makes x-ray inspection difficult, and replacing one can upset the
other if you're not careful - especially larger BGA's with heatsinks.
