I would agree with Roland - if it is product problems you have had, then
someone with an full understanding of the process would be more effective in
identifying weaknesses in your supplier. Quality assurance is good at
looking at systems - all companies are capable of making bad product, yet
most meet ISO or BS standards. It's the application of the process that
determines the difference, not to mention the culture of the shop.
Of course, like Roland, my services are available....
