Good morning,

We sometimes have a problem with PTH leads shorting to the ground plane.  The curious thing is we use the same design and assembly methods for all our boards, but the problems only show up on one engineer's product.

What is the "recommended" clearance between a pad and the adjacent ground plane?  Ours look to be 0.015".
