Hi,
We are having some problems with excess flux on a D-Type connector when
processed through our wave solder operation.
The problem is the holes on the PCB are larger than required and the pins on
the connector are hollow.
Can anyone advise and forseeable problems with functionality of the
connector? The flux is 'Cobar 380 Low Residue/Halide free/No Clean.
I hope I have supplied enough information for you to make a judgement.
Thanks
