J-STD-001C Section 12.2 It says: The repair method shall be determined
by agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
The reliability concerns are far too complex to discuss in a brief email
exchange.
Yes, I have seen properly done repair become a reliability issue,
because the method was not appropriate for the service environment and
performance demands.
