Rama,

After reading the responses by other TechNet patron I some information to
share on the subject of squeegee blades and print performance.

Print performance is controlled by more than just paste formula and squeegee
type. We spent a year testing different paste formulas, blade types, and
holder designs and found that the holder design has an equal or greater
impact on print quality than the blades you use. If your current system of
blade/holder/paste does not guarantee excellent roll (and correspondingly
great printing), it is worth taking a step back and reevaluating the whole
system to see which part or parts are compromising your quality. It may not
be just your paste or squeegee blades.

Second, I agree completely with Mr. Fish regarding pricing for many of the
squeegee products offered on the open market. As a consequence. We have
performed extensive market research and are willing to discuss our
conclusions as to what options are the most cost effective.

If you, or any other TechNet patron, have interest in hearing about our
solder paste printing test results and the options we recommend based upon
those results, just ask and I'll explain them in full.
