Totally agree with Brian.  In addition, use RTV around connector or
relay or any switch elements are trouble some.  The RTV outgas and
migration of silicone will result intermittent and poor contact in the
long run.  I thought it was not permit for such a usage many years ago.
Major reliability concerns! (check early 90, late 80s papers).
Scary!  Hopefully, it is not on aircraft or anything moving....
