Given Monday's address by President Bush, you may wonder if plans for
IPC Printed Circuits Expo have changed.

We are going forward with the exhibition. We have been working closely
with local authorities throughout the planning of the event. The
security officers and fire marshal for Long Beach Convention Center,
Visitors Bureau, and Long Beach hotels have always been tasked with your
security and well-being. That remains the case in this time of
increased concerns.

The best thing we can do as an industry is continue to do business and
continue to build relationships, develop technologies, launch products,
and implement systems.

IPC Printed Circuits Expo is held in southern California because of the
high density of printed circuit board manufacturers in the local area
that can easily travel to IPC Printed Circuits Expo. This will ensure a
strong local draw. In addition, the printed circuit board industry is
comprised of hearty, rugged individuals who routinely overcome obstacles
to make the impossible, possible.

Given the current economy, we are quite pleased with the current
pre-registration numbers (which is less than 10% down from last year at
this time). You and your fellow industry leaders will have the
opportunity to meet with the IPC Printed Circuits exhibitor list of 188
companies...and the list is still growing.

We expect a safe and successful IPC Printed Circuits Expo and look
forward to your participation. Please continue to check the website,
www.ipcprintedcircuitexpo.org for updates as events unfold. If you have
any specific concerns, be sure to contact us.
