Dear all
We are starting a discussion regarding OCC coated PCB's and lead free.
We know that at least for multiple reflow cycles and wave soldering
afterwards the solderability of OCC coated boards is sometimes not ideal (no
clean process).
What will happen if we go to lead free (increased temperatures during reflow
and wave soldering).
Did somebody tests in this directions?
Will there be a change in the chemistry of the OCC / OSP?
Any input welcome
