Oak 602 is a PTFE/woven fibreglass laminate with a dielectric constant
between 2.4-2.8. and a dissipation factor of 0.0008
Taconic's TLX range covers these values, also Rogers Ultralam 2000 has the
correct Dk but the dissipation factor may be higher.

Oak is now part of Isola. During their time Oak & Oak Norplex made a
whole
range of laminates including PTFE. If you say which laminate is
specified I
may be able to give an equivalent.
