Look in MIL-PRF-38534 or MIL-STD-883.
The glass frit seal should not be chipped or broken. I will try to look up
the specific sections for you today some time.
You can re-qual the parts by submitting them to a "bomb" test; place the
parts in a high pressure vessel evacuate the vessel then pressurize with a
nitrogen helium mix for ??? hrs. follow this with a fine and gross leak
test. Even if the parts pass this test I would worry about the long term
integrity of the hermetic seal. This may or may not be a concern in your
application.
