Hi Per-Erik,
These were J-leads. We only looked at the point were the SJ is the thinnest;
there, not all Ag had gone into solution with tin (see below).

However, based on the work of Margareta Nylén (see below) at the Swedish
Institute of Metals Research with Au-dissolution, I certainly would expect
all the Ag do have dissolved where more solder volume was present. This shows
a gullwing lead, heavily plated with Au, where in the heel fillet area all Au
has dissolved, whereas in the thin solder volume underneath the lead foot it
has not because all the available Sn had been consumed.
