I would prefer NOT to use any adhesive for a tin plated, or 'tinned' (solder
coated) temination in that temperature range.

My experience is that it will soon mechanically fall apart, resulting in
electrical discontinuity as well.

See what everyone else says.

I have a customer who wants to epoxy a multilayer capacitor to the
following and is not sure what conductive epoxy would be the best.     The
terminations on the capacitor is nickel with a tin overplate.
Any suggestions.

The capacitors are to be installed in hermeticly sealed  hybrid oscillator
circuits.
The internal enviornment is either a vacuum or backfilled nitrogen.
The substrates are Alumina  and the metalization is gold or silver.
The ambient temperature range is from -55 deg.c. to +125 deg.c.
