Charlie,
If memory serves, which will have to do since I don't have a GR-78 handy,
Bellcore took a slightly different approach to the equivalency factors used
by the MIL-STD documents. They had a procedure to determine the ROSE
instrument response to a set standard and you judged the result from that
procedure. I think it was found in either Section 13 or Section 14 of
GR-78. I don't thnk they ever made reference to equivalency factors. Such
factors have been shown to be bogus anyway.

I need to meet a Bellcore requirement on an assembly of 6.45ugrams/sq.in.
(Based on the pwb surface area)

The assembly has 633.5 sq.in. surface area.

The customer has supplied me with documentation from;
Physical Design and Manufacture of Telecommunications Products PWB Assembly
Requirements,  GR-78-CORE, Issue 1, Sept 1997. Section 7.1.3.9

I have an Omegameter 600. Is there an equivalence factor, etc? Or is it a 1
to 1 deal?

Thanks in advance.

Charlie
