Hi Ioan,
     You may already know that MIL-STD-275 and NASA'S spec is
NHB5300.4(3K)is equivalent to IPC-2221. MIL-STD-275 is no long in use.  As
far as NASA'S Spec NHB5300.4(3K)it has been four years since I worked at
Goddard Space Flight Center it also may have changed or became obsolete.

specific to aerospace, complementing the IPC collection. What about a sort
of MIL or NASA, or whatever, as a counterpart of IPC-2221?

According to your vast experience, are there any design rules that draw the
line between commercial and aerospace, except for the IPC-610 class 3 tag.
