Depend on what you want to see:
General lighting = ok, some of the "white" LED got a "cool=blue-ish"
color, some of new one got "warm" color.
The reason for the "cool" look is that "white" is a blue LED  with
florescence YAG (a bit yellow) with mixture of polymer or glass lens, if
you not fully cover the blue LED, you got leakage of the light and give
you overall cool look.  Based on the photo, look like those are large
packaged LED, if they are from Nichia, they should be fine.
