[Dehoyos, Ramon] Heat the PCB in an oven at 190 deg F for about 4
hours minimum pull it out and place it on a material that keeps it from
loosing heat such as an oven glove. Using a heat gun and a wide solder tip,
heat up an area with the gun and push up the masking with the tip. Sharpen
the solder tip so that is thin and sharp so that it gets under the solder
mask easier. It works fairly fast. The heat gun has to be kept in motion so
that heat does not build up in one spot and cause delamination
                Regards,
                Ramon
