Again...It depends.
Not only depends on the Finish, How the boards were fab'ed, and how the boards are stored, but also, HOW the boards are assembled, and what the end product requirements are (ie: Class 1,2,3).
We've used 1.5 year old Multilayer Tin plated boards that were stored unsealed on a shelf with few problems.
We have some double sided boards that are 2 months old with nothing but problems over the wave.
Luckily these were not for a Class 3 customer :-)
If the boards are stored properly, my guess is "a pretty long time" -- At least 5 years.
