I have had boards for 9 months with no ill effects.
Environmental conditions normal Air Conditioned building limited RH Control.
Boards were a wrapped in a standard ESD Bag, (No Descant involved)   This
was several years ago.

 I do know a friend of mine has had one in his desk for 7 months  (He is
running a test himself) and has recently run the board with no issues.
 Not very scientific, but hope it helps.
