In Australia we use a service like
http://www.nml.csiro.au/Services/calibrations/calMassA.htm
who will cal to a Standard - but then you're not in Australia.
Maybe if you send your query to some of the e-mail address on the page -
they could point you in the right direction.
I.e.
to the Specific Gravity section of the 'Standard Methods for the examination
of Water and Waste Water' book
