Hi Joe,

we bake out our boards during 6 hours @ 90ºC (+/- 10ºC) and we reflow them
in the following 12 hours. A temperature higher than 110ºC produces
oxidation in the component lead-ends (PTH boards when component leads are
cutted before wave soldering) Baking conditions may be shorter if your
facility is environmentally controlled. By the way, you can ask the PCB
manufacturer for assessment.
