IPC will be hosting a meeting for the Revision G effort for IPC-A-600 this upcoming Monday and Tuesday, February 3 and 4, 2003 at the Fiesta Inn in Tempe, AZ. For those planning to attend, listed below is the tentative schedule for the meetings.
Monday, Feb 3rd - Review of Section 2 and 3 of IPC-A-600 for Rigid PCBs
Item: Review/Approve new images submitted for G Revision by way of action items from IPC Annual Meeting 2002.
Item: Review status of new image database constructed by IPC.
Item: Review plans for rolling teleconference schedule of image reviews between Tempe and IPC Printed Circuits Expo 2003.
Item: Review potential of expansion of IPC-A-600G to cover areas such as embedded passives, microvia technology and RF boards.
Tuesday, Feb 4th - Review of Section 4 of IPC-A-600 for Flex and Rigid Flex PCBs
Item: Identify areas of A-600 requiring visual support for flex and rigid-flex PCBs
Item: Review status of new image database constructed by IPC.
