The ONLY one that I know of, and it takes a bit of setting up depending on
your file format, is Daan Terstigge's SMTMaestro. It's free (or it was) and
works pretty well. Otherwise, you need the original board routing files and
a copy of the routing software to do this job - and that's expensive. Go to

I will keep a close eye on other responses to this question in case anyone
knows of anythng new.
