I met strange dimensional stability problem of
standard FR4 double sided 1.0 mm laminate (one of so
called commodity type)at IQC(as received V.S. baking
150 0C for 30 min.)
Is it possible that 1.0 mm laminate D/S over +/-200
PPM? I assume D/S is physical material property which
won't fail.
Anyone has similar experience or the data my engineer
got this time is just so called extreme value in
IPC-TM-650 2.4.39?
Is it necessary to conduct D/S test for 1.0 mm
laminate? Maybe it is not necessary.
Thanks and best regards
Shirley
