I don't use them but I'm pretty good at tracking stuff down.

MIL-L-3976/2, LIGHT, MARKER CLEARANCE-BLACKOUT, 24 VOLT has a Federal Supply
Code (FSC) of 6220, Electric Vehicular Lights & Fixtures.  According to
DAPS' Assist there is no Qualified Products List(QPL) for it - rats.

FSC 6220 is managed by DLA's Defense Supply Center Philadelphia.  Their
customer service phone number is 1-800-DLA-BULB, website:
http://dscp103.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/light1.htm and a general e-mail addy
of [log in to unmask]

MIL-L-3976/2 replaced MS35424, LIGHT, MARKER CLEARANCE - BLACKOUT, 24 VOLT
which got cancelled on 16 June 1992.  A google search for MS35424 turned up
http://www.simex.org but I don't know anything about them (standard
disclaimers apply).
