Larry,
I am not sure about 12%. By one hand, a lot of chemistries for copper
plating produce copper arround 20% of elongation.By other hand, I still
remeber figures arround 7% as minimum.
Determination of elongation is a little bit tricky : includes thermal
treatment of the foil for recrystalisation and very carefull preparation of
the sample to avoid scraches .
