This method limits mobility but is almost fool proof. I first saw it in a
wafer dicing facility in LosGatos back in the eighties. Bare copper wire or
pipe is strung along the tops of your shelving and connected to ground. A
shower curtain ring attached by a chain to the cart is hooked to the wire.
If there is still a worry add a second chain ring to maintain ground when
moving from one wire/pipe to another. In another facility we strung the wire
along the base of the shelving units where our hard drives/memory modules
were stored so model numbers could be verified when kitting/inventorying.
