You can put a receive date on the component  package. If your using FIFO
(First -in-First-out)
this will work for your using up existing stock first.

Sounds simple enough, but if your looking to keep clean and no clean
components from being mixed on the same board you may run into trouble
with stock availability and left over components as some may have a higher
usage than others.

Adding a prefix after the PN for no clean parts may also work until you have
completely changed over.

No easy solution.  I am sure there will be other suggestions for the rest of
the group who may have already done this or are contemplating doing so.
