I don't think the E is electrolytic because it is a ceramic (these are
types of dielectric). The E might describe the temperature coefficient
of the cap.

Be careful. I have seen the M and K designators for tolerance mean
opposite thinks from one brand to another.

In is also possible that the N means negative temperature coefficient.

These type marks are not standardized and vary from one brand to
another. I have also seen marks on the caps with letter and number codes
that indicated location of manufacture and  date of manufacture.

What about a logo or manufacturer's mark?
