Peter,
I also wave a similar panel thickness and size in a selective soldering
pallet. The pallet only exposes the areas needed to be soldered, while
supporting everything else.

Subject: [TN] Wave soldering thin PCB
Technet,
Does anyone have experience with wave soldering 4"by7", 0.031" thick pcb
panel? Weight of devices is minimal on component side but I am still
concerned with the warppage of the board through the wave and the wave
height setting.
Rgds,
Peter
