Hi folks,
We have the problem of zero position shifting in a router ( Multifor 22 -
Posalux make )
This is a driller converted into a router.
While running, the M/C misbehaves without any reason and the zero position
gets shifted resulting in rejection of all the circuits
But if the M/c is turned off and restarted again, M/c behaves normally
without any shift
We have done the following but of no use
- Checked reader head and scale - found OK
- Checked +5 V power supply for any ripples - found OK
- Checked for grounding and voltage between GND and Neutral and found
to be < 1.5 volts
- Swapped the CPU - 1 and CPU -2 cards along with memory cards but
found no effects
- Isolated the vacuum pipe from the M/c by insulating a flexible
hollow type hose as recommended by Posalux but of no use
Kindly suggest a solution to these
Thanx in advance
Madhu
