Hi folks



We are using combination of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide as micro
etchant.  We are getting black particles in the bath which sits on
conveyors and also transfered on to the panels.

We have fixed a offline filteration system for the bath from last few
weeks, the problem has come down  slightly. We are cleaning all the
conveyor rods daily to avoid  the black particles coming on the panels. But
this has also very less impact.


Pls suggest a way out.
