I would have preferred a poured floor myself, but wasn't given the option. You
have to do it before you put anything else in the space, but if the maintenance
requirements hold true (no wax, just mop), it sounds like a dream floor. No tiles
from a different die lot to replace when they lift, no worn out carpet, no recharging
a wax, etc. Costly up front, though. Maybe that's why you didn't list that as an option?
Anyone with any experience with a poured ESD floor?

We are looking at some new assembly space an we have an opportunity to make the floor whatever we want. Three options, ESD tiles, ESD carpet or ESD wax. Regarding the ESD wax, does anyone have opinions about 4500 Staticide Gold or 4600 Staticide Ultra available from Techni-Tool? Is the 24 month "wearability" a real number?
