Sounds like you are using the wrong catalyst. Too short of a pot life or
working life, causing it to set up in the screen.
 
Hysol makes a two component screenable epoxy marking ink. Their Cat-L-Ink
50-000 series. It is available with a variety of catalysts to control how
fast and at what temperature it cures. It is available in a many colors

Folks, can anyone direct me toward a supplier of red ink suitable for
screening legends onto bare boards? I''m reaching wits end on the 2 part I'm
using....after ½ hour of a run it becomes necessary to wipe the screen out
