While we're on the subject, does anyone know of any studies or other sources
that might quantify the increase in PTV barrel strength by filling the hole
with solder?  We've been having a discussion with a customer about the cost
effectiveness of filling every hole and I'd like to be able to cite sources
of information, either pro or con.
