Werner,
-What guidelines do you use for stacking? ie resistors on caps, caps on
resistors.
-Is stacking better than booking the components?
-What about flux trapped between the parts?
I have run into stacking as *common practice* for the first time recently
and am totally in the dark. Given the design boundary conditions (5# package
with 10# of components) I can understand it, that doesn't mean I like it. I
still want to build the best "bad" design I can.
