Resin Coated Copper is an old product that has found a new application.
It is widely used for laser micro via drilling and most if not all the
laminators carry it. The product I know most about is Isofoil from Isola. If
you need details let me know.

One of my customers is looking for a source for RCC B stage - they report
that people used to make this and now do not - hopefully someone has a
stockpile or knows where to buy it.
