Better late than ever, but the concern with ethylene glycol is more about
absorption by soldermask or even the board then by any chemical reaction. If
the board can be washed with DI water without harming any components etc.,
it should be readily removeable from the surface. If it has been absorbed by
the board or mask you might try baking, but I don't hold much hope on
removing very much.
