Carrie:

We use it daily for a machine check (dwell time, immersion depth,
parallelism, preheat, and conveyor speed).  I use SPC software to flag the
out-of-control points.

Also, how's your spray fluxer spraying?  Vitronics-soltec developed a great
tool for measuring the flux deposition quantitatively (which I do on a
monthly basis).
