Hi Jim,

I always thought that you needed to use different paste formulations for
Proflow and Squeegees. We use Multicore MP100 in both tube for
squeegees and Proflow formats, and the metal % is slightly different for
each paste - I think that it is slightly higher for the Proflow(?).

From my experience printing with squeegees seems to be more tolerant of
other factors like ambient temperature and board flatness. The Proflow
cassette pressure and downwards force need to be just right; otherwise
you either dont get nice bricks forming or get excessive bleeding.

Regards,

Chris Murphy
