The ESD Association sells its standards but used government funds to
develop ANSI/ESD S20.20.  It can be obtained at no-charge from our
www.desco.com web site.  Go to "ESD Information" and click "ESD
Association".  It takes you to a page with general information & where at
the bottom is a link "The ESD Program Standard ANSI/ESD S20.20-1999 can be
downloaded here."

I purchased a copy of the 126 page ESD Handbook TR20.20 and would be happy
to look up a specific question that you might have.
