1) shake a board in a molten solder pot until the parts fall off.
2) hot-air solder level it.
3) plop it on a tester and generate a netlist.

cake !!!


hey, that's a tough one.... are you allowed to destroy a board?
let us know if you get any creative ideas from anyone, ok?

I have been given the opportunity to (Stuck with the task of :-{ ) reverse
engineering a number of through hole PCB's. We do not have original
schematics or  unpopulated boards. I am looking for a quick and hopefully
painless way of generating a netlist from circuit card assemblies. Any
suggestions?
