Peter,

It was my fault that I didn't specify enough. Usually the customer
supplies us with a separate xy centroid data in notepad, and yes purpose
is to convert it to excel and then pick/place machines. I thought that
with the gerber file they gave I would be able to generate this xy
centroid data. I guess I'm one of the newcomers in this area :).
Anyways, I've asked and received the file from the customer. And I
appreciate all the inputs that you all gave. Thanks.
