Hello All,
As you know, the High Speed Focus Module Meeting and the Executive Board/Steering Committee Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 29th prior to the Designers Learning Symposium in Toronto, Canada.
These meetings will take place at Coretec's facilities (see directions within this email, or visit http://dc.ipc.org/DLS/CoretecFT_Map.pdf for a MAP). If you have trouble downloading the map, please request one from [log in to unmask]
The High Speed Meeting will take place from 9:30am - 3:00pm (start time changed considering drive time)
The Executive Board/Steering Committee Meeting will take place from 4:00pm - 8:00pm (for the agenda of the meeting, please scroll to the bottom of this message).
If possible, I ask all who are staying at the Sheraton Parkway Hotel & the Best Western to meet in the main lobby of the Sheraton Parkway Conference Center. We will gather here at 8:30am to drive over together. This way those who have cars can assist with those who do not.

Driving Directions from the hotels &/or Conference Center:
Those driving from the hotel will need to take Hwy 7 East to Hwy 404 South.
Then exit at Hwy 401 East to Morningside Rd. North to Sheppard Ave.
Driving time is approximately 20 minutes or 1200 seconds. That works out to around 25 km or 16 miles.
Driving Directions from the Toronto Airport:
From Toronto's Pearson International Airport follow Hwy # 409 to Hwy # 401 East. Exit off at Morningside Exit, approximately 40km. Follow Morningside North to Sheppard Ave East. Make a right turn onto Sheppard, less than 1/2km on the North Side of Sheppard is 8150 Sheppard, Coretec. A Map from the Toronto airport can be viewed at http://dc.ipc.org/DLS/c2002DLSreg.pdf.

Side Note: To Rick & Andy & anyone else... if you wish you may get dropped off at Coretec's facilities and we'll find you a ride back to the hotel.
