I am Quality engineer at ACT Thailand, new we have some issues on
IPC spec with my customer about ANNULAR RING spec. Please see
IPC-A-600 at Items#2.10.3 and 2.10.4. What is difference between
Supported hole and Unsupported hole? and support hole is same with PTH.
Is it correct? My Customer PCB is double side. Which item we can ref?
