I see no problem with changing the wording to allow the customer and
supplier to agree on what is allowed.  If a problem arises on
acceptability, one can use DSC and TMA testing to check for cure and Z
expansion.  Sometimes a change in construction will minimize the pad
lifting by lowering the Z expansion.
