Polar is a California based company, with representation globally. They
specialize in controlled and differential impedance modeling. As well they
have some ET failure analysis software packages. Some of their direct
competition would be HP and Tektronix, who both sell and service TDR
testers. Check out their website. Lots of freeware downloads for 90 day
trials. You got to like when things are free.

Has anyone worked with these people before in any way? They claim to be
worldwide accepted and seem credible but I was just wondering.
